Shipping policy

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and your payment has been pre-authorized.

Once you place your order, you will be provided with the order status and shipping information and you will receive a tracking number (via email) once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on orders over £100.

Orders under £100 will be charged £4.50.

Order Acceptance and Pricing
Please note that in some cases an order may not be able to be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. To avoid any credit or debit card fraud, we reserve the right to verify your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you have shared with us. This verification may take the form of an identity check, place of residence or banking information. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect there is a risk of fraudulent credit or debit card use. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may occur, such as instances where the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the Site. Accordingly, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged.

Every effort will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed after the order is placed.

Order Ending Time: 5:00pm

All orders are shipped the same day if placed before 5:00pm

What happens after you place your order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us after you place your order containing your order number and order receipt. Your order will typically ship within estimated delivery time of 2-6 business days (excluding holidays). Items with customization will take longer to ship.
Please check your spam folder to ensure you received the confirmation email if you do not see it in your inbox.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email support@urbanclothinglondon.com with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received” and a member of our team will get in touch with you.

We will contact you separately regarding custom items to ensure the appropriate customization are applied. These items will not be processed and shipped until we receive the customization's.

What shipping companies do we use?
We use a variety of reputable shipping companies, including but not limited to UPS, DHL. For high value orders, the shipping companies will require a signature upon delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?
Simply track your order using the tracking number we email you. If you do not receive your tracking number after 7 business days, please email support@urbanclothinglondon.com and we will assist you.
